Making Cheese  is fun and easy-  and can be from 'fast' to 'several months' depending on the type of cheese you are making.   

Yogurt can me made overnight using a Yogurt Incubator and milk warmed on your stove- or you can use an Instapot type device with a Yogurt setting.
